Chef Marcello Farioli hails from the Emilia Romagna region of Italy, known as the ‘heart of Italian cuisine’. Having worked in some of the top Italian restaurants in Sydney, including: 10 William Street, Otto, Fratelli Paradiso and Pendolino, Marcello’s passion is to pass on the knowledge of authentic Italian taste and tradition, as well as an awareness in the choice of local, seasonal ingredients reflected throughout I Maccheroni.
