Learn how to make silky-smooth spaghetti from scratch and pair it with Italy's most iconic sauce, cacio e pepe, prepared the traditional way in a cheese wheel. Guided by our expert chef, you’ll discover insider tips and tricks to elevate your pasta-making skills.

Each session includes:

  • 30 minutes of pasta making – roll up your sleeves and craft your own pasta.

  • 1-hour gourmet lunch – enjoy a carefully curated menu showcasing Italian flavours:

    • Taralli & olives

    • Burrata with red onion, tomato, cannellini, cucumber, celery, and white balsamic

    • Zucchini flower with provolone and chili honey

    • Mushroom arancini with paprika aioli

    • Spaghettoni Cacio e Pepe in the cheese wheel

    • Pear & leaves salad with parmesan and balsamic

    • Nutella doughnuts with cardamom sugar

Session times: 10 AM, 12 PM, 2 PM (Max. 10 guests per session).
