Join us for our famous Cacio e Pepe Masterclass. We’ll teach you how to make spaghettoni from scratch, then swirl it through our creamy, peppery cacio e pepe, finished in the cheese wheel. Our chef will share every little secret, the kind passed down over kitchen tables.
It’s 30 minutes of pasta making, followed by an hour of eating, laughing, and celebrating the most important men in our lives.
