Join us as we journey through Piemonte, one of Italy's most iconic wine regions, for an evening celebrating the wines, flavours and traditions that have made it famous.

From the crisp elegance of Gavi di Gavi to the unmistakable depth of Barolo, you'll enjoy six exceptional wines, each thoughtfully paired with a seasonal dish inspired by the region. Expect handmade Agnolotti del Plin, earthy porcini, slow-braised beef cheek and Piemonte's beloved hazelnuts—each course designed to tell the story of this remarkable corner of Italy.

Whether you're discovering Piemonte for the first time or returning to wines you already love, it's an evening made for sharing great food, great wine and even better company.

First Course

Piemonte Chardonnay
Textured and expressive, with notes of stone fruit and subtle oak.

Vitello Tonnato
Slow-cooked veal, tuna cream, capers and herbs.

Second Course

Langhe Nebbiolo DOC
Perfumed and vibrant with red cherry and rose petal aromas.

Agnolotti del Plin
Traditional hand-folded pasta filled with roasted meats, served with butter and sage.

Third Course

Gattinara DOCG
Nebbiolo from Alto Piemonte, structured yet elegant with earthy complexity.

Porcini Risotto
Carnaroli rice, porcini mushrooms, Parmigiano Reggiano and thyme.

Main Course

Barolo DOCG
The king of wines—powerful, refined and age-worthy.

Braised Beef Cheek al Barolo
Slow-braised beef cheek, potato purée, cavolo nero and Barolo reduction.

Dessert

Moscato d'Asti DOCG
Lightly sparkling, aromatic and delicately sweet.

Hazelnut Torta
Piemonte hazelnut cake, zabaglione and dark chocolate.
