On the night, you'll enjoy a six-course menu crafted by Executive Chef Marcello Farioli, celebrating the region’s most iconic ingredients and flavours. From Tigelle with mortadella and Parmigiano Reggiano to prawn passatelli and slow-cooked tagliatelle al ragù, each dish is a tribute to tradition with a few elegant twists.
