Lightly cultured butter made from hand-skimmed cream of Sola di Bruna cows as part of the traditional production of Valserena Parmigiano Reggiano.

Parmigiano Reggiano is made each morning with whole fresh milk from the morning and matured skimmed milk from the evening milking.   This butter is made from the hand-skimmed cream from the evening milk.

With a light, bright, and fresh taste, the Valserena Reggiano Butter is the perfect addition for table bread, sauces or cooking.

Producer | Valserena. A fifth-generation, family-owned cheese and dairy producer. Valserena is of the last farmhouse or "full circle" producers of Parmigiano Reggiano in Italy, meaning they grow the feed, raise the animals, make and age cheese all at their farm. A true expression of time and place.
