Quinby's is Australia's latest Hot Honey created in the outskirts of Sydney. After a visit to New York and experiencing the original Mike's Hot Honey, the guys from Quinby's wanted to create their own version using local Australian ingredients. The Australian wildflower honey is infused low and slow with habanero chilli to deliver one hell of a kick.
Even though this Hot Honey was influenced by Mike's, not all Hot Honey is created the same. Quinby's use of Australian Honey and Habanero Chilli gives a completely different experience to Mike's so give it a try and see what you think for yourself.
