This August, Marcello, Mattia, Piero e Claudio from the I Maccheroni team will take you on a journey to Emilia Romagna, their home region, located in northern Italy. Famous for it's beautiful landscapes and cultural heritage through food and history, the team will be hosting a very special evening with their favourite dishes inspired by their hometown with beautiful wines to match.
To make the evening more memorable, this event will be held on the 15th of August, when Italy celebrates Ferragosto — the feast of the Assumption. The Italian public holiday is reserved for the day the Virgin Mary ascended to heaven, body and soul, at the end of her earthly life.
This will be a night of celebration through authentic Italian food & wine made with love.
