When we first introduced this dish for our monthly recipe club, the response was overwhelming, with many of you asking, “When will this be on the menu?!” Now, we’re finally giving you and Dad the chance to savour it together.

Our Parmesan Risotto, crowned with a tender Wagyu fillet and drizzled with dark chocolate and balsamic vinegar, is a Father's Day experience like no other. Priced at $98, you can also elevate the experience with a Barolo pairing for an additional $35.
